Today I had the WORST experience. I feel like the gentleman didn’t want to service me because I was black. There was two blonde ladies there that he had already checked in before me and had them seated. I walked in right before them a little bit before 6. Now I do understand that it was a possibility he couldn’t see me cause of the timeframe but when we had a conversation He gave me EVERY excuse in the book why he couldn’t change my tire. Dude had the worst attitude. *Our conversation: HIM: “Oh I’m still waiting for appointments” ME: Well it looks like they not coming in HIM: “If they don’t show up then I will take walk ins” ME: “I’m a walk in tho. HIM: ”It frees my time up for the night” ME: “Well I know it don’t take that long to change a tire” I laughed. I got the point and I just left cause he was more concerned about having an hour or “free time” was more important than satisfying a customer. I didnt know his name cause he didn’t have a name tag and vest on. This is what he look like from the back

I would not come here and do not recommend it at all honestly, I have gone to this Walmart for auto care multiple times and every time the service has just been plain out awful, I have waited on all occasions that I have come more than 2 hours even though I have always had an appointment made in advance and on top of that I recently went to get an oil change and they told me after waiting more than a hour “that I had to go to auto store to get my oil filter” which doesn’t make sense to me as if I’m getting an oil change I kinda feel like that is an included service and they still charged me for nearly the full service only taking 4 dollars off the service even tho I had to spend more than 15 to get the oil filter myself. The service and wait times are just awful I will never be coming back for anything else.

I was skeptical at first of one buying tires online and secondly having them installed here. To my surprise it was a stream less process my tires were ordered and my appointment was set. I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in and within a hour I received a text that my car was ready. Are you kidding me? I was pleased with the quality of service and their speedy service.

Had a scheduled tire rotation apt for 12pm. I arrived at 11:50. They took my keys, and I waited in the lobby the entire time, estimated wait time of 30 mins. I sit in the lobby for an hour and a half with the same employee at the counter, no interactions. I end up asking a different employee around 1:30 where my car is and she says its been done since 12:11pm. So why have I been sitting here for over and hour and a half when my car is done and waiting???? And when I get to it, its not even locked. I'm upset, this was disrespectful and a huge waste of my time.

Bought tires online @ Walmart.com, scheduled appointment and had them installed. Very easy process. Everything done in a timely manner. Unfortunately during installation a wheel stud broke, however Walmart took full responsibility and reimbursed me for its cost. Cash ( team lead) was very attentive and professional and took care of this issue. Very satisfied with services provided.
